Our client has an immediate opening for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their team in their New York City office. This is a strong career opportunity with an excellent platform at an AmLaw 00 firm offering exposure to sophisticated real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and debt and equity deals across multiple markets. Qualifications

5+ years of real estate paralegal experience with strong knowledge of due diligence processes, title and survey review, closing coordination, and real estate conveyance documents. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients. Core Responsibilities

Performing and coordinating due diligence (title commitments, surveys, zoning reports). Preparing title and survey objection letters. Assisting in preparation and review of real estate conveyance and closing documents. Coordinating closings for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Preparing closing books. Drafting and filing UCC financing statements. Drafting leases, purchase contracts, easements, and deeds. Interfacing with firm clients and outside entities on assigned matters. Benefits
