Position Overview Our Distribution Center is the backbone of KendraScott,and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team!The DC Associateprovides‘WOW’ customer service to all our customers byreceiving and processing inbound cartons,picking andshipping beautifully wrapped product accurately and efficiently, andmaintainingaccurateinventory within the Distribution Centerfor a high-volume environment.Reporting to theDepartmentLead, theDCAssociate will be trained in all areas ofinbound and outbounddistribution.
Responsibilities
Pick productaccuratelyutilizingguidance of WMS technology
Pack ordersin accordance withguidelines to deliver exceptional customer service
Perform inventory maintenance tasks such as cycle counts and replenishments
Process inboundcartons and perform slotting activities
Assistwith processing ofinbound returned product from Wholesale, Retail, and Marketing channels
Prepare outbound cartons for shipping and loading onto outbound trucks
Prep carts, tables, and stations for daily workload
Provideregular progress updates tothe Department Lead
Shiftprioritiesas business dictatesfollowing guidance of leadership, oftenon short notice
Create andmaintaina positive and collaborative work environment
Strive for consistent achievement of performance expectations, including established departmental KPI’s
Ensure a safe and clean working environment
Our Ideal Candidate will have
High School Diplomaor equivalent
Distribution or retail experience preferred
Positive attitude that is contagious to others
Ability to multi-task effectivelythroughstrong time management skills
Flexible availability for scheduling based on business needs
Ability to lift 40-60lbs
HE certification or ability to be licensed
Ability to be on your feet forlong periodsoftime
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
