IRVING, Texas
Hybrid
Contract
$61.06/hr - $66.92/hr
Outstanding long‑term contract opportunity! A well‑known Financial Services Company is looking for a Senior Product Designer in Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid).
Work with the brightest minds at one of the largest financial institutions in the world. This is a long‑term contract opportunity that includes a competitive benefit package! Our client has been around for over 150 years and is continuously innovating in today's digital age. If you want to work for a company that is not only a household name, but also truly cares about satisfying customers' financial needs and helping people succeed financially, apply today.
Contract Duration: 12 Months + extensions/conversion We are seeking two experienced Senior Product Designers – These roles will lead the definition of target‑state experiences for a large‑scale enterprise servicing platform supporting millions of transactions across multiple lending product portfolios.
One designer will focus on internal employee‑facing workflows, and the other on external client‑facing experiences. Both positions require deep experience designing complex enterprise systems — not consumer apps or visual‑heavy portfolios.
Designers in these roles will partner closely with product, technology, and business stakeholders to shape end‑to‑end functional experiences and deliver high‑quality design and prototype artifacts using Figma and modern UX toolsets.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in product design, experience design, design strategy, design research, or content design.
Demonstrated experience designing enterprise‑scale, functional workflows (not consumer‑facing visual design).
Strong expertise in Figma and collaborative design workflows.
Proven ability to influence outcomes across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and experience‑storytelling skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
Background designing complex transactional or servicing platforms with both internal and external users.
Prior work with systems such as banking platforms, ERP systems, loan servicing, or data‑rich operational tools.
Portfolio demonstrating complex system design: multi‑step workflows, cross‑team handoffs, regulatory controls, and data‑heavy interfaces.
What You Will Be Doing
Lead the design of target‑state experiences for enterprise lending servicing workflows, spanning internal operations and/or external client interactions.
Translate complex business rules, regulatory requirements, and multi‑team workflows into clear, functional UX solutions.
Produce high‑fidelity prototypes, interaction models, and design specifications using Figma.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align experience strategy with product and engineering roadmaps.
Influence senior stakeholders through strong communication, storytelling, and rationalization of design decisions.
Ensure designs support backend systems such as ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and financial transaction systems.
You will receive the following benefits:
Medical Insurance - Four medical plans to choose from for you and your family
Dental & Orthodontia Benefits
Vision Benefits
Health Savings Account (HSA)
Health and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts
