Position Overview Lakeside Exteriors is looking for an outgoing and reliable
Brand Ambassador / Sales Representative
to represent our company at
home shows, community events, and retail booth locations such as ACE Hardware in New Brighton .
This role focuses on
connecting with homeowners, explaining our exterior renovation services, and generating qualified leads
for our sales team. If you enjoy talking with people, have experience in construction or home improvement, and want flexible work with commission opportunities, this position may be a strong fit.
What You’ll Do
Represent Lakeside Exteriors at trade shows, community events, and in-store booth locations
Engage with homeowners and introduce our services:
Window replacement
Siding replacement
Roofing
Exterior remodeling services
Ask qualifying questions and
capture homeowner information
for project consultations
Schedule
free estimate appointments
for the Lakeside Exteriors sales team
Maintain a professional, friendly presence that reflects the Lakeside Exteriors brand
Keep the booth area organized and inviting
Track and submit leads generated during your shift
Compensation Hourly Pay:
$11.41 per hour
Commission:
Paid for qualified leads and scheduled consultations that result from your conversations
Flexible schedule depending on
event dates, trade shows, and retail booth hours
Ideal Candidate
Has
sales or customer service experience
Has worked in
construction, remodeling, windows, siding, roofing, or home improvement
Enjoys talking with homeowners and building quick rapport
Is dependable and comfortable working independently at events
Wants
extra income with flexible hours
This position is especially appealing for

Requirements Strong communication and people skills
Basic knowledge of
home exterior systems
(windows, siding, roofing) preferred
