Job Purpose and Impact\nThe Advisor, Process Enablement Partner- Enterprise job advises and executes strategic plans and programs aimed at enhancing organizational performance and customer satisfaction. Essential Functions

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT METHODOLOGY ADVISORY: Advises and drives the adoption and deployment approaches of structured continuous improvement methodologies, including Lean Six Sigma practices across the organization, integrating feedback to enhance consistency and application.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Reviews and challenges existing processes to recommend enhancements, promoting initiatives that drive value creation, waste reduction and cost efficiency through structured problem-solving methodologies.

The Director – AI Platforms leads strategy, development and evolution of AI platform capabilities at Cargill which serve over 160,000 employees globally across all three enterprise and functions.
