UiPath Consultant (BA) (ITAR) (Only W2)

Hi All, Role : UIPath with BA Location : Sunnyvale, CA Performance Expectations: UIPath PM -BA capable of handling high velocity environment Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and evaluate automation opportunities across retail and manufacturing processes. Conduct process discovery, feasibility analysis, and ROI assessments to prioritize automation use cases. Prepare Process Design Documents (PDDs) independently and assist in Solution Design Documents (SDDs) with technical teams. Act as a liaison between business users and RPA developers to ensure accurate and complete requirement translation. Monitor automation team members for status updates and addressing and removal of blockers Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple RPA projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met. Coordinate between business stakeholders, RPA developers, and infrastructure teams. Drive governance, compliance, and risk management for automation initiatives. Technical Hiring Criteria (Must Haves) Top 3 Required skills: UIPath BA , Requirement gathering and PDD preparation , PM experience to monitor and track delivery of UIPath development team Years of experience in each of the must-have skills:8+ relevant experience as UIPath BA -PM Any Certifications required: NA Any additional information you would like to share about the project specs/nature of work: Strong understanding of UiPath Experience in documenting business processes and creating PDDs , reviewing SDDs and coordinating across stakeholders.
