Two weekends required per calendar year.\nSupports other Sales staff and Sales manager as needed.\nAbides by all safety rules set forth by the company and governmental regulatory agencies; and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.\nPredictable, and Regular attendance is required. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.\nAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, co-workers, and vendors.\nAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.\nAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form.\nAbility to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.\nMust be able to operate a company provided computer plus related software and other various standard office machines and equipment necessary to complete duties. Working knowledge of SAP S/4 software preferred but not required.\nBilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.\nWorking knowledge of the operations of a 10-key adding machine, copier, facsimile machine and any other office equipment required to perform duties.\nMust be able to communicate effectively, including construction terminology and mathematical conversations.\nPredictable, and Regular attendance is required.
