Job Summary:
Incumbent performs a full range of clerical services and data entry to support Center Based Family Advocates. Incumbent reports to the PFCE Manager under the direction of the Director of Early Childhood & Family Services. Major Responsibilities/Activities: Review Easy Trak Data Entry and documentation for Family Advocates in assigned centers. Submit completed Family Advocate Support Report each week. Assist with Quality File Reviews and One-file Folder Monitoring. Mentor and Coach Family Advocate on Quality Documentation/Data Entry. Prepare program information, input data, copies, files, fax, etc. Provide clerical support, data entry, and tracking of program requirements. Establish and facilitate the implementation of a filing and record keeping system for Family Advocates. Work with Center Managers to develop a weekly support schedule/calendar for each center in ESP Central. Monitor, evaluate, and facilitate corrections of discrepancies in filing and record keeping system. Maintain a binder or electronic file with a copy of internal/external written correspondence. Perform other duties as assigned by the Director, Dept. of Early Childhood & Family Services Qualifications
Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (G.E.D.). Minimum of one year experience in a Social Services Case Manager or Family Advocate position or related field. An equivalent combination of experience and education will be accepted. Essential Mental Functions: Ability to type 55 words per minute. Detail oriented with strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of and ability to apply general office organization and administration skills. Ability to utilize computer software such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet software.
