We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Paid Search Manager
to oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, data analysis, and campaign optimization, with the ability to manage large-scale paid search initiatives that drive measurable growth and return on investment.
The Paid Search Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across major search platforms. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional marketing and analytics teams.
Important Eligibility Requirement: This position is
open exclusively to residents of the United States . Applicants must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the country.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute
paid search strategies
across platforms such as
Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other search advertising networks .
Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending to maximize
return on ad spend (ROAS)
and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to improve campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign metrics including
CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates, and overall ROI .
Implement
A/B testing
for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Track and report campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
Identify opportunities for growth and scaling across search advertising channels.
Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in
Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field .
3–5+ years of experience
managing paid search or digital advertising campaigns.
Strong experience with
Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms .
Proficiency in
Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking tools .
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting marketing performance data.
Experience managing
campaign budgets and optimizing ad performance .
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams.
Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with
SEO and broader digital marketing strategies .
Experience with
marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations .
Google Ads certifications or other digital marketing certifications.
Experience with
conversion rate optimization (CRO)
strategies.
Compensation Annual Salary:
$85,000 – $120,000 per year Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and proven campaign performance expertise.
