Customer Service Representative
Location: Morton, MN Compensation: $18.00$21.00 per hour paid weekly Schedule: 1st Shift | MondayFriday | 7:30am4:30pm Job Type: Temp | Full-time About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Customer Service Representative I workers for a manufacturing company in Morton, MN. Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding products, orders, pricing, and shipping Enter customer orders and quotes with accuracy, including custom and non-custom requests Research and resolve questions related to shipping delays, billing, back orders, or product issues Prepare and track Return Authorizations (RA/RMA) for exchanges, credits, and refunds Maintain accurate account details, documentation, payment terms, and customer notes Use systems such as NetSuite, Q2O, Fourth Shift, FileHold, and RingCentral Support technical/product research by reviewing manuals, drawings, and historical documentation Maintain professional, solution-focused communication with customers and internal departments What You Need to Bring to the Customer Service Representative I Role:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to read purchase orders, product descriptions, and quotes Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new computer systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions Previous customer service experience preferred Experience with NetSuite, Fourth Shift, or Q2O is a plus Reliable transportation to the Morton, MN area Ability to pass any required pre-employment screenings Why Youll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions
