Job Responsibilities:
An Automotive Company is seeking an individual to own and optimize dealer lead management and customer engagement initiatives across Chevrolet, Buick/GMC, and Cadillac. This role advances dealership performance, strengthens vendor partnerships, and turns complex processes into scalable, dealer friendly solutions that improve adoption and outcomes. You will serve as a program expert, cross functional collaborator, and trusted resource for field teams, dealers, and vendor partners.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage Data Mining program within the IMR portfolio, driving operational excellence, performance visibility, and continuous improvement across brands.
Collaborate across internal teams to align initiatives and deliver relevant, dealer focused content
Build and maintain strong partnerships with approved vendors; oversee onboarding, performance reviews, and quarterly audits to ensure dealer value and program effectiveness.
Draft Global Connect messages, newsletters, dealer one-pagers, field guides, and SharePoint content that communicate key program information.
Maintain the BDC Support App, ensuring content is accurate, current, and easy for field teams and dealers to navigate.
Analyze weekly and monthly performance data; translate insights into clear recommendations for vendors to improve dealer participation, adoption, and sales outcomes.
Assist with planning and execution of the monthly webinar, managing timelines, vendor participation, content development, and dealer communications.
Assist with ongoing maintenance of the BDC Support App, ensuring content is accurate, current, and easy for field teams and dealers to navigate.
Facilitate Dealer Advisory Board sessions with top performing dealers to gather feedback, share best practices, and inform roadmap improvements.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelors degree
2+ years OEM, field, or dealer experience
o Bonus experience in automotive lead management, CRM workflows, BDC operations, or digital retailing
Excellent communication, presentation, organization, project execution, and relationship building skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
Initiative-driven with a proven ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal direction
Experience in cross-functional collaboration and performance-based solution development
Vendor and program management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, etc.)
Willingness to travel ( Preferred
Familiarity with digital tools and dealer program ecosystems.
Experience working with vendor partners in a highly collaborative environment.
Work Site Description:
Preferred Work Schedule: M-F 8 to 5. T.W.T in office. M,F work from home.
