The Global Senior Financial Analyst EIS plays a critical role in supporting strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the company's global operations. This role partners closely with cross-functional teamsincluding sales, manufacturing, and supply chainto deliver financial insights that drive business performance, improve operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making. The Global Senior Financial Analyst supports global FP&A processes, enhances reporting capabilities, and helps build scalable financial models to support Elkay Interior Systems' continued growth across North America, Europe, and Asia. What You'll Do
Financial Planning & Analysis
Lead global FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide insights into financial performance and key drivers to support business decisions. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, capital investments, and new product launches. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including reporting and audit preparation. Business Partnership & Operational Finance
Partner with sales, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to evaluate product cost structures, pricing strategies, and margin optimization. Align financial planning with production schedules, inventory management, and operational priorities. Provide actionable insights to improve efficiency, profitability, and cost control. Data, Reporting & Analytics
Consolidate and analyze financial data across global business units using ERP systems and reporting tools such as Power BI. Develop dashboards and reporting tools that provide clear, actionable insights to leadership. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across financial systems and reports. Process Improvement & Automation
Drive improvements in financial reporting, analytics, and forecasting processes. Leverage ERP systems (Epicor) and business intelligence tools to automate manual processes and enhance efficiency. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve financial visibility across the organization. What You Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; MBA or CPA preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, or design-focused environments. Experience supporting global or multi-location operations preferred. Strong background in cost accounting, financial modeling, and global financial consolidation. Technical & Professional Skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) and Power BI or similar reporting tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment. Leadership Competencies
