Customer Service Rep
Join our team at Domino's Pizza in St. Louis as a Customer Service Representative! We're looking for friendly, efficient, and customer-focused individuals to deliver exceptional service at our 9605 Manchester Rd location. Responsibilities include: Answering incoming phone calls and taking customer orders accurately Preparing and making pizzas according to company standards and recipes Processing cash and credit card transactions efficiently Providing outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer Maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally and empathetically Assisting with additional tasks as needed to support the store's operations Qualifications include: Positive attitude and friendly demeanor Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Team player with a willingness to support colleagues Attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
