Title: Strategy & Operations Contractor

Location: Remote

Contract: 18 months on W2

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Operations Specialist to support the growth of the DashPass subscription business. This role will focus on launching and managing subscriber benefit programs, executing experiments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and work with data to drive decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Execute: Launch and manage DashPass benefit programs and experiments using internal tools and systems.

Operate: Monitor program performance and resolve operational issues to ensure smooth execution at scale.

Experiment: Support the setup, tracking, and execution of experiments to enhance the subscriber experience.

Analyze: Use dashboards and internal tools to track key metrics, identify trends, and evaluate program performance.

Improve: Identify and implement operational improvements to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

Collaborate: Work cross-functionally with Strategy & Operations, Product, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment and execution.

Document: Maintain accurate records of experiments, processes, and program performance.

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in operations, analytics, customer experience, or a related execution-focused role.

Strong ability to learn new tools and systems quickly and adapt to changing processes.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making.

High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute tasks with accuracy.

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with experimentation, A/B testing, or performance tracking.

Familiarity with data dashboards, reporting tools, or operational platforms.

Exposure to subscription-based or customer experience programs.
