Customer Support Representative

What You’ll Do
Support callers enrolled in a family leave insurance program through inbound phone calls.
Guide individuals through claim setup, eligibility questions, and payment timelines.
Help users upload documentation and resolve basic technical issues.
Navigate conversations that are emotional, personal, and meaningful— with patience and care.
Accurately document interactions and ensure proper authentication on every call.

You have 4+ years of customer service or contact center experience.
You can confidently guide others through basic technical tasks (file uploads, navigating systems).

The Environment
Fully remote (must reside in Colorado), may need to be onsite in Denver as needed.
Monday‑Friday schedules within 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Supportive leadership, strong training, and a culture rooted in care and purpose.
Equipment provided with local Denver pickup and an opportunity to meet the team.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Fort Collins, CO.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.67 – $25.67/hr.
