We partner with payers, employers, and providers to expand access to quality healthcare across the system. Role Description

We're seeking a Go-to-Market Operations Specialist to execute and optimize across our centralized marketing team supporting product marketing and field marketing. This role will be at the intersection of mid-and-bottom of funnel activities such as conferences, owned events, virtual events, and RFP management to support pipeline initiatives. This role will report into the Director of Product Marketing and is highly cross-functional across the broader Growth organization working with sales team members across all markets (employer, broker, health plan). What You'll Do

Project Management:

Manage the day-to-day execution of field events and RFPs. Field Events:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience:

You have 2+ years of experience in marketing or project management. Organized:

You love systems and building them from the ground up and have excellent project management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail. Communication:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both sales and marketing teams. Creative:

You love the art of storytelling and bringing mission to life through different channels and mediums. Mission-Oriented:

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Pomelo Care. In accordance with New York City, Colorado, California, and other applicable laws, Pomelo Care is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Individual pay decisions are ultimately based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $75,000-$90,000. We expect most candidates to fall in the middle of the range. We also believe that your personal needs and preferences should be taken into consideration, so we allow some choice between equity and cash.
