Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Location: South Jordan, UT Pay Rate: $22.00/hr [Weekly] Shift Timings: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM [Monday to Friday] Contract Duration: 06 Months [Temp-To-Hire] Job Description: We are seeking Client Support Service Professionals to handle incoming calls related to accounts. This role involves assisting clients with cash management products, online and mobile banking support, and general account or financial inquiries. The ideal candidate will provide accurate, efficient, and professional service while meeting department performance metrics in a fast-paced financial service environment. Handle high-volume inbound calls regarding accounts and services. Provide support for cash management products and services. Assist clients with online platform and Mobile App navigation. Respond to general account and financial-related inquiries with accuracy. Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer service. Meet or exceed key performance metrics (quality, productivity, compliance). Document customer interactions accurately in the system. Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
