Our Social Media and Event Marketing Assistant will lead the promotion of Goldfish with their brand awareness and promotional efforts. Their main duties include overseeing all social media accounts, completing clerical and administrative duties, attending marketing events to help promote brand awareness, using partnerships to create and host in-house events, and preparing promotional materials and presentations as needed.

Main Job Duties and Responsibilities

Become an expert on Goldfish Swim School

Oversee all social media accounts with local and school specific content

Organize, coordinate and attend various marketing events (week nights & weekends)

Collect data, such as leads, surveys or questionnaires at events, and organize info after collection for easy data entry and sharing.

Collect and analyze data from events to identify trends

Prepare marketing materials, SWAG, and presentations based on company needs
