The
Marketing Coordinator
will play a key role in supporting daily marketing operations with a strong emphasis on graphic design, digital content creation and project management. This individual will have hands‑on experience using graphic design software, marketing tools, CRMs, and analytical platforms. The role requires creativity, strong design instincts, excellent organization, grammar skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position supports social media content creation, sales materials, promotional materials, email campaigns, and key marketing events such as tradeshows, webinars, and corporate activities.
Content Creation and Execution:
Design digital and print assets (social graphics, brochures, sales sheets, ads, signage, emails)
Maintain brand consistency and develop visually engaging creative concepts
Create and edit video content
Develop written content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and digital marketing
Schedule and publish content across social platforms, bringing fresh ideas for engagement
Drive creative concepting for campaigns by producing original graphics, layouts, and visual storytelling elements
Ensure all visual assets meet professional design standards, including typography, color, and layout best practices
Assist with webinar planning and promotion
Project Management
Coordinate cross‑functional marketing projects, overseeing timelines and deliverables
Collaborate with sales and other leaders to determine project scope and timeline
Proactively identify risks and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely delivery
Promotional & Marketing Collateral Management:
Design, update, and organize promotional and sales materials
Assist in promotional inventory, ensuring accurate distribution and timely replenishment
Support the creation of materials for tradeshows, webinars, and events
Create visually compelling event materials such as banners, booth graphics, product sheets, and presentations ensuring all promotional items follow brand guidelines
Knowledge‑Sharing System Support:
Maintain and update internal libraries, ensuring all materials are organized and accessible for team members.
Curate and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and reusable design components for team‑wide consistency
Provide support in sharing updates and relevant content across teams
Streamline processes, propose enhancements, and implement systems that improve efficiency and collaboration.
Position Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong proficiency in graphic design platforms (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop). Experience with video tools preferred.
Ability to manage multiple design and marketing projects while maintaining high attention to detail.
Ability to interpret data and convert insights into actionable design or content improvements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
CRM or Analytics Experience (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) is preferred.
Strong organizational abilities to manage annual event calendars, promotional inventory, and post‑event reporting.
Proven ability to collect feedback, analyze outcomes, and recommend process improvements for enhanced efficiency and impact in marketing and event execution.
The starting annual base salary for this position is $55,000.00 USD and up based on experience. Applicable pay within the posted starting range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to education, skill set and depth of experience.
