Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Production
Capture high-quality photo and video content during live classes, events, and member moments inside the studio
Organize and execute off-site/location shoots (beach workouts, community events, run club, partnerships, etc.)
Produce engaging short-form video content (Reels, Stories, Ads) aligned with F45 brand standards
Highlight workouts, coaches, member transformations, and community culture
Editing & Post-Production
Edit video content optimized for Instagram and Meta (Reels, Stories, Feed, Ads)
Add music, captions, transitions, overlays, and branding elements
Maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with F45 and studio branding
Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram and Facebook (Meta)
Write compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action to drive engagement and conversions
Monitor comments, messages, and engagement trends
Stay current on social media trends, audio, and platform updates
Marketing & Growth Support
Collaborate with studio leadership on campaigns, promotions, and events (intro offers, challenges, competitions, etc.)
Create content to support paid ads and lead generation campaigns
Assist in promoting events such as DEKA, HYROX training, challenges, and community activations
Track performance metrics and suggest improvements based on analytics
Qualifications
Experience in
content creation, social media marketing, or digital media
(fitness industry preferred)
Strong proficiency in
video editing apps
(CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
Deep understanding of
Instagram & Meta platforms , trends, and algorithms
Ability to capture dynamic, high-energy fitness content in a live environment
Strong eye for branding, storytelling, and visual composition
Self-starter with the ability to execute quickly and consistently
Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed for content capture
