Primary Areas of Leadership
Oversee children’s ministry during Sunday worship.
Ensure safe and engaging environments for children.
Lead youth ministry and discipleship opportunities.
Organize retreats, service projects, and fellowship events.
Coordinate Confirmation classes with the Lead Pastor.
Recruit and support volunteer teachers and youth leaders.
Provide training and encouragement for volunteers.
Family Engagement
Maintain communication with parents.
Encourage family participation in spiritual formation.
Support families in nurturing faith at home.
Child Safety
Implement Safe Sanctuary practices.
Ensure volunteers complete background checks.
Maintain appropriate supervision and safety standards.
What Success Looks Like
Children and youth feel welcomed and connected.
Youth and Children’s Ministries are vital, fruitful, and active.
Families are engaged in the worship, spiritual formation, and service life of the church.
Work Rhythm
Sunday leadership of children and youth environments.
