We are seeking a talented Senior SEO Strategist to join our award winning team. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, have exceptional problem solving skills along with prior SEO experience preferably at an agency.
Along with a competitive salary (salary range: $72,500 - $82,500), yearly bonus, and benefits, we also offer opportunities for our employees to earn a significant amount of additional compensation by working overtime and earning reward points.
Our office is located at 26 Broadway. In addition to working with a stellar team, our office has beautiful common areas, weekly yoga/meditation classes, and free snacks and coffee. Please note: our office is following all CDC and state guidelines. ***Employees currently have the option to work remotely, though you will be asked to work in-office on an as needed basis. An average of 2-3 day/week should be expected.***
Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct keyword research and analysis
Provide technical SEO recommendations
Provide optimization recommendations for site content
Execute link building strategies
Demonstrates value against all initiatives by providing monthly/quarterly metrics reports
Research and keep up on industry trends
Qualifications
4-year college degree (marketing, computer science, or related field preferred)
2-3 years of experience managing SEO campaigns
Passion for digital marketing and entrepreneurship
Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
Must have strong presentation skills (Virtually & In-Person)
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
Must be able to make decisions in a fast paced environment
Must be highly detail-oriented
Must have strong knowledge of website elements
Must have working knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Health and pharmaceutical experience is a plus
Prior experience managing SEO clients is a plus
Basic knowledge of html is a plus
Experience with AI is a plus
Experience with any of the following is a plus: Screaming frog, SEM rush, Ahrefs, google analytics, google search console
