who builds relationships, moves quickly, and sells through
consultative, relationship-based selling . You are leading yourself, not a team.

property managers, facility managers, adjusters, brokers, and commercial clients
Decisive and fast-moving—you don’t need all the facts to take action
Comfortable in
outside sales, relationship management, and networking
A closer—with integrity
You believe
“no” is temporary
and follow through consistently.
How You Sell
Consultative sales approach
Relationship-based selling (not transactional)
Educate customers on the
restoration process
Set clear expectations and communicate effectively
Close commercial jobs without pressure or manipulation
What You’ll Produce
$100,000+ per month in
collected revenue
$1M+ annually in
commercial restoration sales
Mid-size commercial projects ($50,000–$100,000)
Strong, repeat
referral relationships
Long-term, sustainable revenue growth
