The
Content Strategy Manager
is a critical role responsible for developing and executing a cohesive, high-impact content strategy that supports patient acquisition while also strengthening engagement, trust, and retention across Pediatric Associates Family of Companies (PAFC). This role leads the strategy, planning, and optimization of PAFC’s Knowledge Center, blog, and organic social media content, with a strong emphasis on SEO- and GEO-driven acquisition initiatives. While acquisition is the primary focus, content also plays an important role in supporting engagement and retention through educational resources, social storytelling, and patient-facing communications. The Content Strategy Manager manages one direct report, the Content and Social Marketing Specialist, and partners closely with marketing, patient engagement, clinical, operations, and regional teams to ensure content is accurate, compliant, on-brand, and aligned with organizational goals. This role reports to the Senior Director of Digital Strategy.
