Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive with experience in the tech industry, specifically within custom software development. This role is fully remote within the USA and will work closely with and report directly to the CTO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing initiatives, generating qualified leads, and enhancing brand visibility in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute B2B marketing strategies targeting custom software development services
Drive lead generation campaigns through digital channels, including LinkedIn, email marketing, and paid campaigns
Collaborate with the CTO to align marketing efforts with business and technical goals
Manage and optimize content strategy, including case studies, whitepapers, and website content
Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive positioning
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI
Work closely with sales and recruitment teams to support business growth initiatives
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role in the tech industry
Strong background in custom software development or IT services marketing
Experience with B2B marketing and lead generation in the US market
Hands-on experience with marketing tools (CRM, email automation, analytics platforms)
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with offshore development companies
Familiarity with SaaS, enterprise software, or digital transformation services
Prior experience reporting to senior leadership or C-level executives
