We are a small creative marketing studio working with local service businesses such as moving companies, wealth managers, and dental practices. Our team produces the websites, video, and social content. We are looking for a part-time paid media specialist to help manage the digital campaigns that turn that content into leads.
This role focuses on
Google Search ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, and basic email marketing
designed to generate inquiries and quote requests for local businesses.
Campaign budgets are focused on efficient lead generation rather than large brand advertising.
Responsibilities include setting up and managing Google Ads search campaigns, managing Facebook and Instagram ads through Meta Ads Manager, monitoring budgets and optimizing keywords and audiences, maintaining basic conversion tracking, and assisting with simple monthly email campaigns.
Each campaign typically requires
6–8 hours of management per month , and the role will scale as the number of clients grows.
We are looking for someone who has
actually managed live campaigns , even if they were small budgets. Experience with local service businesses and lead generation marketing is a plus.
Preference for candidates located in the
San Francisco Bay Area , as we occasionally meet in person. Remote work is fully supported.
