Outside Marketing & Sales Representative Mr. Handyman of Hendersonville | Full-Time | High Earning Potential
Are you someone who thrives on meeting new people, building relationships, and driving real revenue? Do you enjoy being out in the community instead of stuck behind a desk?
Mr. Handyman of Hendersonville is looking for a high-energy Outside Marketing & Sales Representative to help us grow by generating leads, building partnerships, and representing our brand across Middle Tennessee.
What You’ll Do This is NOT a sit-behind-a-desk role. You will be out in the field every day:
Attend local events, festivals, and community gatherings to promote our services
Visit neighborhoods, real estate offices, property managers, and businesses
Build referral relationships with agents, HOAs, and local partners
Follow up with past customers and generate repeat business
Set appointments and help drive booked jobs for our team
Represent Mr. Handyman with professionalism, energy, and confidence
What You Can Earn
Base pay +
performance bonuses + commissions
Unlimited earning potential based on results

Outgoing, confident personality (you enjoy talking to people)
Self-motivated and driven to hit goals
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and manage your time
Sales or marketing experience is a plus (but not required)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
