Job Title: Senior Engineer — Salesforce Service Cloud (Core) Job ID: 86068 Position Type: Full Time Location: Onsite Location: Seattle Type: Full-time/Contract Role Summary Build high-quality SFSC features across case management, omni-channel routing, digital messaging, entitlements, and knowledge. Balance declarative-first with Apex where needed, ensuring secure, scalable solutions Key Responsibilities Deliver features using Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Apex (triggers/classes), and configuration. Implement Case lifecycle, Omni‑Channel, Digital Engagement (Chat/WhatsApp/Messaging), Macros, SLAs, Milestones. Configure Knowledge (data categories, article types) and search relevance. Build LWCs with strong UX patterns and test coverage (Jest for LWC, Apex tests). Performance tuning (SOQL, bulkification), security (CRUD/FLS), and package/release readiness. Peer reviews, design docs, and contribution to standards. Required Skills 6–9+ years overall; 4+ years Salesforce core dev; 2+ years Service Cloud. Strong Apex, LWC, Flows; Omni‑Channel and Digital Engagement hands-on. Data model, sharing/security, and test automation for Apex/LWC. Preferred / Nice to Have Knowledge setup, Einstein for Service features, Email‑to‑Case optimizations. CI/CD with Gearset/Copado/GitHub Actions; static code analysis (PMD/Sonar). Certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, JavaScript Developer I. Interview Focus Declarative vs code trade-offs, LWC depth, Apex patterns, platform limits, and real-world SFSC scenarios.
