Customer Service Representative
Robert Half is partnering with a local organization to identify a customer service representative who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will support customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive service experience. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a high volume of calls and inquiries. Key responsibilities include: Answering incoming customer calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner Providing accurate information regarding services, policies, and account details Documenting customer interactions and updating records in internal systems Resolving customer concerns or escalating issues to the appropriate department when needed Maintaining confidentiality and following company policies and procedures Assisting with general administrative tasks and customer follow-up as required Requirements: Qualifications: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable handling high call volume and multitasking Basic computer skills and data entry experience Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred skills: Experience using Salesforce CRM or customer management systems Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
