Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
3-5 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
1-2 years of experience owning project workstreams with little to no supervision
At least 2 years’ experience with Hyperion Planning / PBCS / EPBCS and Essbase OR FCCS/ARCS/EDMCS/PCMCS
Experience with Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Essbase in both development and administrative roles
Experience with automation scripts (MaxL) and integration of the full Hyperion suite
Extensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in and SmartView
Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
Ability to work with cloud-based enterprise solutions and articulate results to internal and client teams
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated base salary range for this job is $105,000 - $145,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of what Huron reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting. The actual salary will vary based on factors including skills, experience, and travel. Eligible for annual incentive compensation. Total estimated compensation range with incentive is $117,600 - $171,100. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage and other wellness programs. Salary information is provided in accordance with applicable salary transparency laws and may change.

Overview

Revenue Analyst – Hotel - UL )

Assist with transformation projects that aid the development of a best in class revenue management capability. Provide basic tool support and product administration to ensure that tools operate correctly. Assist with identifying and solving problems between systems and end users. Provide analytical support of ongoing client optimization consulting and reporting engagements, maintaining operational reporting and analysis efforts, and supporting the ongoing development of reporting and consulting deliverables.

Main Responsibilities

Assist in creating new and innovative tools to drive yield management strategy and enhance value proposition as well as pull data from already created reports.
Manipulate supplier and benchmarking data using reporting systems and/or MS Office products to deliver desired analysis.
Analyze reporting, data, and industry trends. Lead development of recommendations for supplier optimization and value proposition support.
Participate in and contribute to industry updates and marketplace analysis.
Provide guidance to other users of data mining tools as necessary.
Support ongoing innovation and improvement with CWT’s supplier management practices, methodology, and consultative deliverables in assessment, design, optimization, and change management.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, or related field
2 years of experience compiling reports, analyzing data, and working with reporting tools.
Good knowledge of the travel industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate internally and externally. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Good critical thinking and analysis skills. Strong customer service orientation. Strong attention to detail. Self-motivated. SQL, Cognos, and/or database knowledge preferred.
Ability to independently learn new systems. Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. Excellent ability to analyze data from a variety of sources. Ability to manage time and prioritize workload efficiently. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Ability to be self-motivated. Ability to use independent judgement in obtaining solutions.
