Genesis10 is currently seeking a GenAI Go to Market Strategy Lead for an onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 9+ month contract opportunity.
This role is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise go‑to‑market approach for GenAI products and capabilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that GenAI initiatives are launched in a structured, compliant, and value‑driven manner, covering stakeholder readiness, communications, rollout planning, and adoption. Operating at the intersection of product, technology, risk, and business, this position is critical to driving enterprise adoption and measurable outcomes for GenAI investments.
Responsibilities
Define end to end go to market strategies for GenAI products, platforms, and capabilities
Conduct stakeholder impact and readiness assessments across business, technology, risk, legal, and operations
Develop and execute communication, change, and enablement plans aligned to enterprise standards
Design phased rollout strategies (pilots, limited release, scale) for GenAI capabilities
Partner with Product, Architecture, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure launch readiness
Define and manage adoption, value realization, and customer success metrics
Track, analyze, and publish adoption KPIs, benefits realization, and usage insights
Support leadership updates, launch materials, and executive communications
Provide GenAI Go to Market strategy documents, rollout plans, and post‑launch adoption reports
Deliver stakeholder impact assessments, readiness dashboards, and communication plans
Create executive launch decks and performance updates
Requirements
5+ years of Strategy and Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
Experience with enterprise product launch and release management
Experience launching technology products in regulated environments
Knowledge of adoption and value realization metrics design
Familiarity with communications and change enablement frameworks
Proficiency with KPI dashboards and reporting (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Strategic thinking and structured problem‑solving skills
Executive‑level communication and storytelling abilities
Strong stakeholder management and influence skills
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value
High attention to detail with strong execution discipline
