
Sr. SalesForce Business Analyst/Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator to join our team. This pivotal role involves leading, managing, and enhancing our Salesforce platform to meet the evolving needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, and a proven track record of optimizing business processes through technology.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as key point of contact for Salesforce-related business analyst and reporting initiatives within the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Design, configure, and implement Salesforce platform and improvements to drive efficiency and enhance user experience.
Manage Salesforce administration tasks including user management, data management, security settings, and reporting.
Conduct regular system audits, prepare for upgrades, and ensure data integrity.
Provide technical support and guidance to users, delivering training sessions and creating documentation as needed.
Lead projects from conception through implementation, ensuring deadlines and key milestones are met.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and new features, recommending and implementing improvements to leverage new technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator in a similar role.
Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, including workflow rules, validation rules, and security model.
Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering Salesforce projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Salesforce Administrator Certification is required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
