Description Upway is looking for Brand Ambassadors to help make us the #1 place to sell your bike in the U.S.
Upway buys bikes directly from individuals, and your role is simple: Make sure people with bikes think of Upway first.
This is a hands‑on, field role. You'll be out in the city, talking to riders, connecting with local communities, and spotting bikes that could be sold.
For every bike you bring in,
you earn $100 . No limit.
We're looking for someone proactive, social, and resourceful. Someone who doesn't wait for opportunities, but creates them.
Key Responsibilities What you will do
Spread the word about selling your bike to Upway
Engage directly with local communities, facebook groups, reddit forums and people that own a bike
Represent Upway at events, pop-ups, and activations
Generate leads from people looking to sell their bikes
Educate people on how easy, fast, and safe the process is
Quickly iterate based on performance
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise What we’re looking for
Strong communicator, outgoing, and confident
Bike enthusiast
Not afraid to approach people and start conversations
Someone that takes ownership
Organized and results-driven (you will be rewarded for the leads!)
