Senior Management Analyst
Provide services as a Senior Management Analyst in support of the overall functions of the Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Human Capital (OHC), Human Resources Operations Center (HROC. Assist in coordinating program activities, supporting process improvements, and contributing to effective program execution. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide advanced analytical, administrative, and operational support to program leadership and staff. Coordinate and support program activities, initiatives, and operational priorities. Assist with development, review, and maintenance of program documentation, reports, and procedures. Conduct research, analysis, and information gathering to support program planning and decision-making. Support tracking and reporting of program activities, deliverables, and operational metrics. Facilitate communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders. Provide guidance and support to junior analysts and other staff as needed. Assist with identifying opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies. Support special projects and initiatives as directed by program leadership. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Master's degree Ten (10) or more years of relevant professional experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting federal programs or government operations preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team *This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required by this position.
