Customer Service Representative

Americold - 915 South Caron Road - Responsibilities: Respond to all customer inquiries and complaints concerning work-orders, shipments, inventory counts, etc.; Generate all paperwork for customer work orders including tracking orders and post inventory records; Advise on invoicing and credit changes and act as liaison between customer and warehouse; Schedule loads as required; Maintain updated reports to ensure all loads are empty and closed
