Job Summary The Card Operations Representative will handle multiple tasks involving debit, credit, and prepaid cards. We are a fast-paced department and must be able to handle phone calls, portal tickets and emails quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities and Duties
Help grow and create new card programs with Fintech partners as BaaS.
Assist with card networks Pulse, Visa, and Mastercard
Reconciling spreadsheets of multiple GL and DDA accounts on a daily and monthly basis
Assist in creating and reviewing reports for any BaaS products.
Monitor external reports for accuracy.
Participate in training to expand knowledge of the department and position.
Assist with setting up processes and procedures for BaaS products.
Provide backup support to others in the department.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Research transactional history.
Job Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous banking experience preferred.
Detail Oriented
Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with new products and programs.
