The Manager of Enterprise Integrations is responsible for the design, delivery, and operational reliability of all integration solutions across the Delta Dental WI application and data environments. This role ensures that data and system interfaces operate securely, efficiently, and as designed. The Manager partners closely with the Director of Enterprise Data Management, the Manager of Data Architecture, application owners, and infrastructure teams to deliver integration solutions that support analytics, transactional workflows, and meet application and organizational data exchange requirements.
The Director, Enterprise Applications is responsible for the strategic leadership, governance, and delivery of the DDWI enterprise application portfolio including core platforms, business technology solutions and productivity applications. This role serves as the primary bridge between business operations and vendors including the outsourced technology managed service provider, ensuring applications enable business strategy, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, fiscal responsibility, scalability, and exceptional stakeholder experiences.
This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of electronic enrollment files, submission of the inbound enrollment reconciliation file, answer escalated inquiries from Federal and State Based Exchanges. Conduct analysis of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) enrollment transactions and is responsible for resolving issues with exchanges.
The Business Intelligence Analyst supports the data strategy of the organization through data analysis, data analytics, and dashboarding. This position understands the organization’s business model, data structure, data sources, and applies this knowledge to support data-informed decision making and on-demand access to key insights.
The Business Intelligence Support analyst role supports the data strategy of the organization by working with other areas of the organization to complete data reporting requests and manage data request timelines.
