We’re looking for an experienced
Continuous Improvement Specialist
who is passionate about Lean Manufacturing Principles, thrives on solving complex problems, and wants to make a visible impact on safety, quality, productivity, cost, and people development.

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required as business needs demand. In this exciting role, you will:
Champion a culture of continuous improvement across the shop floor and support teams
Analyze production methods using Lean principles and industry benchmarks
Lead root cause analysis using structured problem-solving (8-Step Method)
Facilitate Kaizen events and rapid improvement workshops
Identify waste and implement sustainable process improvements
Partner cross-functionally (Fabrication, IT, Operations, etc.) to drive solutions
Develop visual management tools to improve shop floor transparency
Create and refine SOPs and job instructions
Serve as a process expert, providing training and guidance to team members
Support multiple improvement initiatives while meeting deadlines
This role is hands‑on and highly collaborative — ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor and working directly with teams to drive measurable results.
Requirements: Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years of process/quality improvement experience in manufacturing
Strong working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
Proven problem-solving and analytical capability
Experience leading improvement events or projects
Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives
Physical capability to work in a manufacturing environment
