Role Details In a fast moving, challenging, dynamic and complex consumer industry, this role is exciting and challenging. Your Key Accountabilities

Accelerate growth by arming the sales team with sales tools and help them perform with max efficiency.

Growth initiatives (Value Creation)

Commercial Planning

Partner with the Executive Vice President of Sales to provide primary financial reporting (high visibility role).

Provide key business and financial analytics to support critical local planning and business decisions.

Support various monthly business review processes across finance, commercial business operations and local sales teams to drive results.

Partner with commercial market leaders and distributor partners to identify opportunities for growth, monitor progress, and troubleshoot issues.

Support North American CFO by driving improved forecast processes to feed S&OP process.

Financial custodianship to maintain well-controlled and compliant environment and proper risk management.

Be a key business partner and primary Finance point person for the US Commercial team for fact‑based business analysis and decision support.

Build relationships and understanding for your respective regions and drive insights critical to business growth. Establish and promote the utilization of streamlined and uniform analytical and reporting processes.

Support the monthly business review process.

Analyze Nielsen and NABCA brand, category, chain and general market retail performance, and competitive supplier trends to identify areas of opportunity and focus to be leveraged by the Commercial Sales team.

Your Knowledge and Skills

Ability to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for key insights with attention to detail

Develop and maintain cross‑functional and key working relationships within the organization

Ability to conceptualize and think creatively.

Strong analytical, Excel, and computer skills a must.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are desired.

Minimal travel requirements

Essential Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. MBA a plus

3‑5 years of financial and/or sales analysis experience. Experience in Beverage/Alcohol or CPG industry preferred

Must be able to build proficiency in the following systems: VIP, iDig, Nielsen and Power BI
