Junior Product Manager

Position Overview This is an entry‑level Product Management role supporting credit‑marketing and prospecting solutions for a confidential client in the financial services industry. You’ll work with cross‑functional partners (engineering, sales, marketing, operations) to define product requirements, support go‑to‑market, and help grow revenue across North America. The role can be performed remotely within the United States; candidates in or near Costa Mesa, CA are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

Partner with stakeholders to develop, prioritize, and launch next‑generation prospecting solutions that help clients reach consumers with the right offer through the right channel at the right time.

Translate business objectives into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements for engineering teams.

Define and execute product strategy and vision, aligning roadmaps to market opportunities and revenue goals.

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and pricing/revenue modeling to recommend product bundles and monetization approaches.

Use market intelligence and P&L analysis to prioritize product investments and identify highest‑return opportunities.

Support Sales, Marketing, and Operations with product knowledge, collateral, and input to drive revenue adoption across the North American market.

Represent the product line to internal stakeholders and external clients/partners as a subject‑matter resource.

Ensure product designs and processes follow applicable regulatory, data privacy, and security standards.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with engineering to deliver high‑quality releases.

Travel rarely (up to 10%) for client meetings or team events.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience).

2+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or related roles.

Familiarity with Agile product development and common product‑management practices (user stories, backlog grooming, sprint planning).

Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present product rationale to technical and non‑technical audiences.

Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and perform basic P&L or revenue‑impact analysis.

Willingness and ability to work remotely across U.S. time zones and travel occasionally (≤10%).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with financial services, credit products, marketing/analytics platforms, or prospecting solutions.

Basic SQL or familiarity with product/marketing analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, Tableau, etc.).

Experience working directly with Sales or client‑facing teams to support go‑to‑market efforts.

Prior exposure to data privacy and regulatory requirements relevant to financial services.

Work Location & Employment Details

Work model: Remote within the United States (candidate may be associated with Costa Mesa, CA location); the confidential client may offer hybrid or in‑office options where applicable.
