What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Lead the hiring, training, and development of a successful sales team focused on outside direct sales

Increase market share and exceed performance targets related to subscribers, revenue, and churn

Meet or exceed overall sales quota for the assigned region

Implement key operational initiatives while maintaining high ethical standards

Conduct ongoing mentoring and coaching for Account Executives in the field

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

4-7 years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment

2 years of people management responsibilities

Proven track record in telecommunications or technical sales preferred

Strong coaching and leadership abilities, including the capacity to conduct challenging conversations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

2 years of experience in telecommunications or technical sales

Familiarity with basic HR/recruiting processes to attract and retain sales talent
