Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sr. Paid Digital Strategy Manager to lead global paid media strategy and execution across multiple channels.

The role focuses on driving full-funnel performance, optimizing ROAS, and scaling digital marketing operations through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirement/Must Have:

9+ years of experience in digital media strategy, campaign execution, and ad operations.

Proven experience managing global paid media programs across multiple channels.

Strong expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn, programmatic display, and ABM platforms.

Experience working in global B2B SaaS or agency environments.

Advanced knowledge of marketing tech stack including Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and similar tools.

Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, and pixel implementation.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.

Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.

Experience:

9+ years of progressive experience in digital media strategy and operations.

Responsibilities:

Architect and lead global paid media strategies across markets and personas.

Align digital campaigns with full-funnel buyer journey and business objectives.

Optimize campaign performance to maximize ROAS and pipeline growth.

Analyze campaign data and deliver executive-level performance reports.

Collaborate with agencies and internal teams for media planning and execution.

Drive innovation in audience targeting, segmentation, and media mix.

Research and pilot new channels and publisher opportunities.

Lead digital strategy awareness and education across the organization.

Develop scalable processes and frameworks for global campaign execution.

Oversee campaign governance including trafficking, tagging, and tracking.

Ensure data integrity across all digital marketing platforms.

Mentor junior team members and support cross-functional teams.

Should Have:

Experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense.

Familiarity with tools like Datorama, DataRobot, and Marketo Measure.

Understanding of SEO fundamentals and emerging AI-driven trends.

Experience with AI tools and platforms like 1Mind, Folloze, and DCO tools.

Experience in building marketing taxonomies and naming conventions.

Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
