What Will You Do? As a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager at 1KOMMA5, you will oversee continuous conversion rate improvements across the entire funnel from landing pages to qualified leads. You will design, prioritize, and execute hypothesis-driven A/B and multivariate tests to remove user barriers and boost lead quality. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with the web team to optimize landing pages and funnel logic for superior user experiences.
