
Marketing Specialist, Accident & Health

Zurich is currently hiring a Marketing Specialist that will play a critical role on Zurich’s Accident and Health team in developing compelling marketing content and collaborating with sales to create high-impact marketing assets. This position requires strong writing skills, creative thinking, and the ability to translate complex products and services into clear, persuasive marketing communications across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop original copy for various marketing materials including digital campaigns, website content, print collateral, sales enablement tools, email campaigns, social media, and blog posts
Partner closely with the Design team to ensure copy and visuals work seamlessly together to create cohesive, on-brand marketing assets
Craft messaging that effectively communicates product benefits and value propositions to target audiences
Assist in conceptualizing and executing creative concepts for campaigns with the design team
Edit and proofread content to ensure error-free, high-quality deliverables
Maintain brand voice consistency across all marketing communications
Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns
Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into accessible, compelling content
Track, measure, and report on content performance metrics
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Analyze and create marketing insights based on available data to help develop effective messaging strategies
Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective content development and delivery
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree and 3 or more years of experience in the Marketing area
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field
3+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on copywriting or content creation
Proven ability to write clear, compelling copy for various marketing channels
Portfolio demonstrating strong writing skills and creative approach
Strong understanding of brand voice and messaging consistency
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Experience in insurance, financial services
Experience with content management systems
Knowledge of SEO best practices for content
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
Experience managing approval processes with legal/compliance
Your pay at Zurich is based on your role, location, skills, and experience. We follow local laws to ensure fair compensation. You may also be eligible for bonuses and merit increases. If your expectations are above the listed range, we still encourage you to apply—your unique background matters to us. The pay range shown is a national average and may vary by location. The proposed Salary range for this position is $75,800.00 - $124,100.00, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 10%.
