ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a key team member, the International Marketing Analyst will be responsible for providing data and reporting support to domestic and international marketing teams. Day-to-day projects include data management & analysis, tracking campaign performance metrics and budgets, creating reports and presentations related to marketing performance, and various operational tasks. This position reports to the International Brand Director and works closely with department leadership.WHAT YOU'LL DO:* Compile, review and analyze marketing data, including campaign results, conversion rates, and online traffic to identify trends and inform future marketing strategies and campaigns.* Assess marketing campaign performance across various channels (digital, social, etc.) to quantify reach and engagement, reporting metrics and assessments to leadership.* Track & consolidate marketing international budgets on a yearly, quarterly, and monthly basis to ensure all budgets are adhered to and purchase orders are submitted.* Support the tracking and analysis of US marketing budgets as requested to support domestic team needs.* Maintain marketing databases, track campaign performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to support data-driven decision making for international markets.* Collaborate with international and cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with organizational goals.* Develop and maintain a roadmap calendar to ensure that all monthly / quarterly deliverables (budgets, marketing recaps, etc.) are submitted on time.* Prepare marketing result-related presentations for meetings, conferences, and special projects.* Develop, implement, and continuously improve marketing operational processes, reports, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across international teams.* Run ad-hoc reports and build spreadsheets as needed.WHAT YOU'LL BRING:* Ability to work on-site in a hybrid schedule.* Knowledge of digital and social media metrics, with the ability to navigate standard analytics and reporting tools.* Project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with international teams.* Strong attention to detail, ensuring high levels of accuracy in data entry and reporting.* Ability to interpret budget reports and apply analytical thinking to fiscal data.* Competency in data analysis, with the ability to summarize findings and propose practical next steps.* Adaptability and a willingness to learn new technologies and processes.* Proficiency in MS-Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related area.* 2+ years’ experience in marketing – lifestyle consumer brand a plus.* Experience working with international markets preferred.* Fluency in a second language preferred.The pay range for this role is $72,000-$75,000/yr USD.#LI-NK1**About Skechers**Skechers, a global Fortune 500(R) company, develops and markets a diverse range of lifestyle and performance footwear, apparel, and accessories.
