## Job Description# Marketing & Exhibition ManagerApex Systems is looking to hire an ONSITE **Marketing & Exhibition Manager** for our client based out of **Greensboro, NC**.* Develop and manage a comprehensive event and exhibition strategy supporting customers, partners, internal stakeholders, and industry audiences.* Plan and execute both in‐person and virtual events, including customer events, trade shows, association exhibits, product launches, dealer or partner meetings, and internal field meetings.* Design innovative event approaches and digital strategies to increase engagement, reach, and targeted lead generation.* Ensure a consistent, premium brand experience across all events and exhibitions.* Lead all pre‐event planning activities, including site or platform selection, contract negotiation, event objectives, promotional planning, exhibit design, and communications strategy.* Manage logistics for events and exhibits, including transportation, audiovisual needs, equipment, registration, travel coordination, materials shipping, and onsite support.* Collaborate closely with external agencies, vendors, and production partners to support planning and execution.* Evaluate and recommend sponsorship opportunities to maximize brand exposure and return on investment.* Own and manage event and exhibition budgets, ensuring cost control and alignment with objectives.* Work cross‐functionally with internal marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align events with broader business goals.* Continuously explore how digital tools and emerging technologies can enhance the overall event experience.* 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, event marketing, or exhibition management.* Proven experience managing corporate or B2B events, trade shows, and exhibits from concept through execution.* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast‐paced environment.* Experience working with agencies, vendors, and cross‐functional teams.* Knowledge of the hospitality, events, or tradeshow industry.* Creative mindset with experience overseeing design, production, and brand presentation.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a customer‐focused approach.* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).* Proficiency with standard productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with creative or design software is a plus.* Industry experience supporting transportation, manufacturing, industrial, or B2B organizations is preferred.*Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
