Our client, Robert Half, is seeking an experienced Art Director to join our team in Marietta, Georgia. In this long‑term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in shaping creative projects, ensuring high‑quality visuals, and delivering impactful designs.
Responsibilities
Develop and oversee creative concepts, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand identity.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create compelling designs for medical imagery and other industry‑specific visuals.
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools to produce high‑quality graphic designs and digital assets.
Provide leadership and guidance to design teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet client expectations.
Drive creative direction for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
Maintain a strong focus on digital design and innovation to elevate brand presence.
Conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality and consistency.
Stay updated on industry trends and tools to continuously enhance creative strategies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Proven experience in art direction, preferably at the senior design level.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and other graphic design tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital design and creative projects.
Ability to produce high‑quality medical imagery and industry‑specific visuals.
Excellent leadership skills to guide and collaborate with design teams.
Strong understanding of branding and visual storytelling.
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
Knowledge of industry trends and the ability to adapt to evolving creative demands.
