Start YOUR career with DHL today Job Purpose: The HR Business Insights & Analytics Specialist supports the HR function by executing data reporting, dashboard maintenance, and routine analysis using HR systems and Power Platforms. The role focuses on maintaining and creating reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to analytics initiatives that inform operational and HR decision-making. Additionally, this role partners with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes, enhance data management practices, and provide actionable insights aligned with overall business objectives and DHL Group guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain recurring HR dashboards and reports using Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and on-time delivery. Support HR leadership with ad-hoc data pulls, trend analysis, and metric tracking. Partner with HR team members to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven support. Assist in identifying data inconsistencies and help improve data quality and data management practices. Prepare summary reports highlighting insights for HR leaders and business stakeholders. Maintain reporting timelines and service levels; communicate clearly with requestors. Conduct data modeling and combine data sets under direction from senior analysts. Support automation and process-enhancement projects as assigned. Ensure adherence to data governance, confidentiality, and compliance standards. Deliver ad-hoc reporting requests Skills & Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field. 4 + years' experience in a related position in a business environment. Experience creating reports and dashboards in Power BI. Working knowledge of SQL with ability to write basic to moderately complex queries. Familiarity with ETL concepts and data mining processes is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights. Strong communication skills and ability to explain data clearly. Experience with MS365 tools; Power Platform experience preferred. Exposure to process-improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
