Account Associate II

Find out more at computershare.com/flex. The Account Associate II plays a key role within the Computershare Corporate Trust Document Custody Front Office. This position supports a portfolio of asset-backed (ABS), commercial-backed (CMBS), and residential-backed (RMBS) accounts by partnering closely with Relationship Managers (RMs), internal operations teams, and external stakeholders. The Account Associate helps ensure smooth, accurate, and timely handling of collateral loan documentation while delivering a high-quality client experience. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Support a portfolio of Commercial Mortgage-Backed (CMBS), and Residential Mortgage-Backed (RMBS) accounts within the Document Custody Front Office. Partner closely with assigned Relationship Managers (RMs) to support day-to-day client needs and ensure a high-quality client experience. Serve as a primary point of coordination between clients, servicers, internal operations teams, and external stakeholders. Respond to client inquiries in a timely, professional manner, including researching collateral loans and providing accurate reporting. Maintain proactive and effective communication, with the majority of interactions conducted via email and phone as needed. Collaborate with internal teams, including the Review, Release, and Vault Teams, to ensure accurate intake, tracking, and processing of collateral documentation. Support issue resolution related to purchases, sales, funding, pooling, reinvestments, and securitizations, escalating as appropriate. Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve documentation, data, or process-related issues. Contribute to operational accuracy, risk mitigation, and compliance through attention to detail and adherence to established controls and procedures. Provide guidance and training to more junior associates. What will you bring to the role? Experience in Corporate Trust, custody, legal, corporate finance or other applicable financial services industry experience. Previous work experience in servicing customer relationships and strong customer orientation. emBTRUST knowledge Strong organizational skills, ability to meet critical deadlines, and work well under pressure. Strong written and verbal communications skills. Ability to communicate and escalate issues. Exercises independent judgment to identify and resolve problems and escalate as appropriate. Strong analytical skills for problem resolution. Compensation. The typical base pay range for this role is $41,552 - $62,328/yearly.
