About the Role We're on the hunt for a talented Graphic Designer with a flair for crafting visuals that capture attention and drive engagement. In this role, you'll shape the look and feel of our brand across a wide range of touchpoints, including social media, digital ads, print campaigns, and more. Taking creative direction from the Lead Graphic Designer, you'll deliver compelling visuals at volume and fast turnaround: using AI tools to work smarter. This role is central to Trilogy Care's next phase of growth and you'll be a key custodian of our brand identity. Enjoy a hybrid working arrangement with 1 day WFH!
What You'll Do
Design visual assets across all marketing channels: digital ads, social media, website graphics, email templates, presentations, signage and print materials.
Actively leverage AI design tools to accelerate creative production and generate asset variations at scale.
Design visual assets that align with brand guidelines for Trilogy Care and associated brands while maintaining consistency across all marketing collateral.
Use the latest design tools — including AI-assisted tools where relevant — to streamline production and generate asset variations efficiently.
Produce animations, motion graphics, and short‑form video edits that communicate key messages across digital channels.
Build and maintain templated documents to ensure brand is consistently applied across the organisation.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and translate briefs into compelling visual concepts.
Proactively experiment with emerging AI capabilities in design - documenting repeatable AI design workflows and playbooks.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering assets at volume with fast turnaround.
What You'll Bring
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a strong portfolio of digital and print design work.
Demonstrated experience using AI design tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva Magic Studio) to accelerate creative production.
Proven ability to use AI to auto‑generate asset variations across multiple dimensions and formats from a single master design.
Strong layout, typography, and colour skills with the ability to work consistently from brand guidelines and templates.
Experience producing design assets at volume with fast turnaround across digital and print.
Experience using AI‑powered brand compliance tools to scan designs against brand guidelines before sign‑off.
Genuine curiosity and appetite for emerging AI capabilities - you proactively experiment with new tools and workflows.
Strong communication skills and an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Sharp attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to brand quality and consistency.
Figma experience and/or advanced Illustrator skills.
Basic motion graphics or animation skills (After Effects or similar).
Experience in aged care, health, or other regulated industries.
Familiarity with prompt engineering for AI image generation tools.
Experience documenting repeatable AI design workflows for team use.
